• Step 1: Prepare a pen, a ruler/tape measurer, and a white paper.
• Step 2: Use a ruler or tape measurer to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe).

• Step 4: Find the closest measurement, in Heel to Toe(Inch), that is equal to or greater than the length of your foot.

Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.
